I do like these oils overall, and the scents are really pleasant. That said, my last order seemed a bit weaker compared to an older bottle I had. I can’t say for sure if it’s a batch issue or just my nose, but it did feel a little different. Still nice to use, I just wish it felt more consistent each time.

I stopped by the store and left disappointed. The staff basically ignored me the whole time, and the prices felt way higher than they should be. Whoever runs this really needs to take a look at how customers are being treated.

They had everything I was looking for in stock, so I was in and out without any hassle. Kind of nice when you don’t have to hunt around or ask a bunch of questions. Weirdly, I remember they had a little squeaky cart by the entrance that made me laugh, but overall it was a super easy trip.

I ordered the bottle last week and added a name to it, which was a nice touch. When I was customising it, though, I noticed there weren’t many font or colour options to choose from. It looked fine when it arrived a few days later, but I just wish it had felt a little more personal.

I ordered from Sunnamusk and felt a little let down when it arrived. The box was kind of squashed and didn’t look like it had been packed with much care, which surprised me a bit for the price. Maybe I’m being picky, but I expected the presentation to feel nicer, especially if it’s something you might give as a gift. The bottle itself was fine and nothing was broken, so that’s a plus, but the outer packaging had marks and just didn’t feel gift-worthy. First impression wasn’t the best, and I’d probably think twice before ordering as a present.

I signed up for the loyalty program after placing a couple of orders, and it’s been good so far. The points add up when I buy gifts or refills, and I got a small discount on my last order, which was a nice bonus. I’m not giving it 5 stars because some of the rewards could be explained a little better, since I had to look around to figure it out. Overall, I like it and think it’s worth using if you shop here once in a while.

I do think this is worth buying, and I’m glad I tried it. Some of the scents are really nice and make the whole experience feel a little more thoughtful. That said, I feel like it’s only fair to mention that a few of them fade quickly. I’d still recommend it, but I think people deserve to know what they’re getting before they spend their money

I ordered from sunnamusk and the delivery was totally fine, no complaints there. The scent itself was actually really nice when I first tried it, but after putting it on my neck, I started getting red, itchy patches within a few hours.
I don’t normally react that quickly to products, so I’m guessing it might just be a bit too strong for sensitive skin. I ended up washing it off and haven’t used it since. i felt disappointed because I wanted to like it, and I wish there had been a clearer warning or a smaller tester option first.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the place just felt dull and a bit dusty. It didn’t seem all that clean, and the whole vibe was a little disappointing...

Customer service was actually really helpful. I had an issue and they got it sorted quickly without making it a whole hassle. Yeah, I’d use them again...

I really like that Sunnamusk makes the ingredients easy to see, because I actually know what I’m putting on my skin. It makes choosing a scent way less of a guessing game. i blame them for making it too easy to add things to my basket. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. Happy with my order.

I actually liked the smell, but the return process was frustrating. I had to email more than once, and the refund took longer than I thought it would... The updates weren’t very clear either, so I kept having to check on it myself. It did get sorted out in the end, but it wasn’t a great experience

I’ve bought a few perfumes from Sunnamusk now what I like most is the selection. They’ve got scents you don’t really come across in normal shops — some are sweet, some are more musky and deep. It took me a while to choose because there are loads of options. The last one I got smelled really unique and lasted well on me too. Happy with it overall and I’ll probably try another one soon.

I bought a perfume set as a gift for my sister, and it arrived looking really nice, better than I expected. She ended up loving it, so it was definitely a win.

Not sure what else to say, my order showed up complete and every item was correct. I didn’t have any problems at all, so I’m happy with it.

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and just going off my gut, the scents feel genuine to me, not like those cheap knockoff versions you sometimes get. Delivery has been totally fine as well. I’m giving 4 stars because one of the bottles leaked a bit, but overall I’d still order again

It smelled really nice at first. But it faded on me fast. Like within an hour. For the price, I expected it to last longer. The bottle arrived fine. I just wasn’t impressed with the staying power.

It came really quickly and I didn’t have any issues at all. my only regret is not ordering it sooner
